Job optimisation

One of our specialities is optimising individual jobs; we do so with the maximum involvement of employees. Many employees who are involved experience for the first time that their problems are taken seriously – and they develop and release a tremendous amount of creativity and energy. We work with the following tools:

  • Meetings for large groups of 50 to 5,000 employees
  • Employee workshops for 5 to 15 participants
  • Interviewing individuals or conducting interviews in small groups
  • Integrative work analyses and job improvements
  • Theme-related employee programmes (e.g. conflict resolution or cost reduction)
  • Employee motivation through internal multipliers/change agents
  • Introduction of regular communication, a culture of holding meetings and of facilitated team meetings
  • Ongoing improvement programmes (e.g. CIP, idea management, Kaizen, TQM, etc.).
