Brief description: Our integrated process manager qualification programme comprises all the skills essential for effective process optimisation – from the hard skills to the required soft skills.

The integrated qualification programme is made up of individual modules – which can also be booked separately – although the dramaturgy and didactics are coordinated when the programme is carried out. The qualification programme thus comprises three significant aspects of process consultant qualification:

 

  1. BBT consultant basic training (social, leadership, communication and conflict skills)
  2. Process consultant technical training (process visualisation and optimisation)
  3. Facilitator qualification programme
