Brief description: Leadership will only be successful when you as an executive radiate credibility, when you are consistent in doing what you say - and if you consistently say what you are doing whenever possible. You will do this even more successfully if you spend more time dealing reflectively with your own leadership role and if the tools that you handle every day are effective.
