Work-life balance
Brief description: Work and family, leisure time and honorary posts – can all of this be balanced at all? Our training clarifies the term "work-life balance". It deals first of all with the four dimensions of a "balanced" life: performance competence, value competence, stress competence and relationship competence. And because we can only implement balance targets if we have action competence, we subsequently deal with the correlation between "work" and "happiness". A great idea - being able to work out one's own happiness!
