Change Management
Brief description: Managers today are permanently required to manage change. From experience we know that failures and setbacks frequently result because managements are insufficiently aware of the fundamental dynamics of change processes and because vital leadership tools are not available. This seminar shows both: theoretical backgrounds and practical tools – to make it easier for executives to effectively change the course.
