Conflict management
Brief description: Misunderstanding, irritation, conflict – hardly a day passes in which there is not a crisis somewhere: in the company and in contacts with customers or suppliers. Usually conflicts can be settled, but far too frequently so much smashed china is left behind that business relationships are destroyed. This training programme examines the dynamics of ambiguity in communication, criticism and resentment, all of which can trigger fully-fledged conflict. It promotes awareness of underlying patterns and provides options for successful conflict resolution.
