Facilitator qualification programme

Brief description: In change processes in particular, resistance is frequently quite considerable. A lot of bickering and talking goes on – and little is achieved. In this qualification programme you will be trained in chairing structured, targeted-oriented, time-effective meetings and workshops and in the active involvement of all the participants.
