Brief description: Change can only be successful when executives are aware of typical change process patterns, when they dispose of the tools required to shape change and when they are able to handle conflict and resistance with confidence. During this qualification programme you will examine organisations from the perspective of a systemic consultant and coach and you will formulate method know-how in order to be able to effectively regulate change.
