Dr. Rudolf Lütke Schwienhorst (52) has established far-reaching disposable experience in a career spanning 30 years, combining the perspectives of a manager and a consultant or of a scientist and a practitioner.
He completed his studies in Business Administration and Mathematics at the universities of Münster, Munich and Hamburg with a doctorate in Business Administration (majoring in strategic control) and an intermediate diploma in Business Mathematics.
Following initial professional experience as a research associate at the university, his career path took him to McKinsey & Company, Inc., where he initially worked exclusively as a consultant and later on also as the manager of the "Research and Information Services" Division for all the German offices maintained by the company, where he was responsible for a division with more than 40 employees.
He became self-employed in 1993 in order to be able to continue with a different form of organisational work in enterprises. Since this time he has conducted practical and theoretic work on genuinely linking hard facts (strategies, structures, costs, results, processes, etc.) and soft facts (management style, corporate culture, emotions, people, etc.). Dr. Lütke Schwienhorst benefits here from his skills, aptitudes and experience combined with a skill for analysis that is equally sharp and sensitive.
In his work he does not limit himself to his main discipline, i.e. combining organisational design (processes, structures and control systems) with issues relating to management and personality.
